$80 - Physical Therapy session at our clinic or via telehealth
$750 - 10 pack, Physical Therapy session at our clinic or via telehealth
$50 - Medicaid Physical Therapy session (for patients with active but out-of network medicaid plans)
Personal Training
Personal Training
Personal training sessions can be HSA/FSA deductible with a letter of medical necessity.
Starting at $35 for a single session
Rates are set by individual Trainers, give us a call to learn more
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy
All payments are 100% eligible for HSA or FSA accounts.
Massage Therapy is usually covered by insurance, give us a call to see if you qualify.
Self pay:
$90 - 60 minutes
$50 - 30 minutes
All Massage Therapy is performed by a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
